Last updated: October 8, 2026
The Clinique IPS du Palais places great importance on the confidentiality and protection of personal information.
This policy explains, simply and transparently, what information may be collected when you visit our website, why it is used, with whom it may be shared and what your rights are.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Clinique IPS du Palais website, available at:
https://ipsdupalais.ca/
It covers information collected in connection with your use of the site and your general communications with the Clinic.
Information contained in a clinical or medical record is subject to specific confidentiality rules and to the legislation applicable to health information.
2. Information that may be collected
Communications with the Clinic
The site contains two forms intended for businesses: the service request form on the “Businesses” page and the corporate meeting request form on the “Custom plan” page. They collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, your position, the name of your business, your email address, your phone number, your city, the number of employees and a description of your needs.
This information is used solely to process your request and to communicate with you. It is sent to the clinic through the site’s hosting provider.
These forms are not designed to receive health information. Please do not enter any diagnosis, test result, health insurance number or list of medications.
The site also contains an application form on the “Careers” page. It allows you to send your name, your contact information, your profession, the desired location and type of application, your availability, a message and your résumé. This information is used solely to review your application and, with your consent, to consider your profile for future recruitment. It is kept for 6 months from the date of receipt and then destroyed.
When you fill out one of these forms, or voluntarily contact us by phone or email, we may collect:
- your name;
- your contact information;
- the subject of your request;
- the information you voluntarily choose to send us;
- any other information needed to respond to your request.
We recommend that you do not send detailed or particularly sensitive medical information by general email. Our team can tell you which secure means of communication is appropriate for your situation.
