Workplace health support

Health interventions designed for your team, at the clinic or directly in your workplace.

Our team can develop interventions tailored to your staff’s health needs, at the clinic or directly in your workplace.

The content and rollout are customized according to the size of the company, its sector of activity and its needs.

Why prevention

Some health problems go unnoticed

Reaching out to your employees makes it possible to address health issues they do not always take the time to have checked.

Hypertension, often without symptoms

According to Heart & Stroke (Cœur + AVC), hypertension is often not accompanied by any symptoms, hence its nickname, the “silent killer”1. A blood pressure measurement is simple to organize during a health day.

Diabetes, rising sharply

According to the INSPQ, more than 675,000 Quebecers were living with diabetes in 2019, or 8.1% of the population aged one year and older. Prevalence has almost doubled since 2001, and about 100 new diagnoses were made every day in 20192.

Prevention also means making health easier to address in everyday life.

Confidentiality

Results that remain confidential

Medical information collected by the clinic is protected. It is not disclosed to the employer without the consent of the person concerned, except where permitted or required by law.

In Quebec, medical information is sensitive personal information, and disclosing it to a third party in principle requires the person’s express consent3.

During an activity at your company:

  • Each employee receives their own results.
  • Participation in assessments is done with the person’s consent.
  • The employer does not receive any individual results without consent.

Before our meeting

What helps us prepare a proposal

  • Approximate number of employees.
  • Number of sites or locations.
  • Type of business activities.
  • Work schedules or shifts.
  • Currently identified needs.
  • Services already available to employees.
  • Space available for an on-site activity.
  • Desired timeline.

You do not need to have all the answers before contacting us. The purpose of this meeting is precisely to clarify your needs.
